We’ve been in the translation industry since 2004, and our management team brings over 20 years of experience with them.
While we work with several high-tech companies in Cambridge, UK, we serve the broader Engineering, IT and Manufacturing sectors, with a portfolio of clients ranging from start-up to $2-billion companies across the EU and USA.
Our philosophy is to build relationships with our clients that enhance their flexibility and responsiveness in the global marketplace – hence all of our main clients have been with us for more than five years, and many of them for more than 10 years.
Many of our translation and interpreter staff have been with us for more than 10 years – as with our clients, we believe in investing in our people, and understand that quality and consistency comes from this approach.

Where do we start?
Everything starts with a communication process – we want to know exactly what you do, who your market/audience is, what you need, and how best we will be able to service those requirements.
We also analyse what you already have, so that we can understand the scope of materials we’ll be working on, and how our innovative translation technology can be integrated to best effect from the start of the project.
What happens then?
Once we’ve understood and established all the details of your project, and created the brief, we’ll create a bespoke proposal that details exactly what we’ll be doing for you. This will give you time to ask any questions, make amendments or additions, and feel comfortable that you’ve come to the right place.

Once you’re happy, we put together a specialised team to work on your project and assign you a project manager that is your dedicated point of contact so that you’re carefully looked after.
